If you've been reading this blog for a while, you'll know that I love cheesecake. In fact, the word 'love' probably doesn't even cut it. I absolutely adore cheesecake. It's quite possibly my favourite dessert ever! Add to that the fact that the whole 'cookies and cream' flavour combination is up there as one of
