Gnocchi. I just love the sound of it. Pronounced noh-kee, or with an Italian flair, nyawk-kee. It is basically a potato dumpling made with semolina, flour or a combination of both. What they really are to me are pillowy, soft bites of heaven. Especially if covered with a garlic infused browned butter and herb sauce, or
