One of the best dishes in Italian cooking (in my opinion) are the appetizers and with the appetizers come fresh Italian bread or bruschetta.  For Italians bruschetta is very simple and easily made , to make bruschetta I used an ordinary frying pan grill (do not oil before adding sliced bread) and I toasted  slices
