I'll be the first to admit that trying new recipes can sometimes be difficult. Not the actual cooking/baking of the recipes, but actually mustering up the adventurous spirit to try something new and hope it turns out. I've already said that I love reading cookbooks, but for a long time I subscribed to Bon Appetit.
