I might be coming off as being bold, but (dare I say?) this is the best hummus I've ever tasted! Oh yes, and this is coming from someone who spent much of her student life sitting in class, writing papers, and reciting presentations alongside a Tupperware chock full of carrot sticks and hummus.  Hummus has
