It's called a Painkiller (which is copyrighted by someone, I think).  Our first taste of this cocktail was on a visit to the Virgin Islands. I've read that the cocktail originated at the Soggy Dollar Bar, located in the British Virgin Islands. Maybe that's true, maybe not. Either way, the cocktail screams, "you have arrived!"
