Delicious and fluffy chocolate chip pancakes topped with chocolate chips. It's been a wonderful and delicious summer. I've been kept super busy! What with all the activities, and opportunities to hang out with friends, travelling and simply curling up with a good very good book, I can't complain. It was definitely a long summer for sure,
