Pata Tim or Paksiw na Pata (braised pork hock) is a Filipino stew made of pork hocks,vinegar, soy sauce, sugar, bay leaf, garlic, onion and black pepper corn. My recipe version is very simple and it is the recipe that I grew up with. Some add pineapple chunks and juice, lemonade in substitute for the
