It was an ANZAC day (April 25th) here in Australia when I went to visit my niece and she was cooking the ANZAC biscuits. It is delicious so I asked her the recipe. Anzac biscuit is a sweet biscuit made of rolled oats, flour, desiccated coconut, sugar, butter, golden syrup, baking soda and boiling water.
