Ginataang kalabasa at sitaw is a Filipino recipe that is made of kalabasa (squash,pumpkin) and sitaw (beans) simmered in coconut milk. Depending on the budget, pork or shrimp is added to make this dish more delicious. The Ilocanos used bagoong isda (anchovy sauce) instead of patis (fish sauce).
