This Chickpea, Avocado and Grilled Corn Salad is one of our favorites. What makes this salad so special is the seasoned, grilled and slightly charred corn that gets cut off the cob after it's slightly cooled. The flavor and pop of the corn kernels when mixed with a limejuice and ancho chili salad dressing makes
