I love S'mores. Who doesn't?  (Well, except those crazy people who don't like chocolate.)  Unfortunately, I rarely have a campfire going.  One of the best things about S'mores is the perfectly-browned marshmallows with their crispy exteriors and gooey interiors.  Mmmm. The trick to getting those perfectly-golden marshmallows when toasting them over a campfire is patience.
