A one pot dessert that take only a minute to prepare and while it tastes rich and decadent is very low sugar and comes in at only about 150 cals per serve. Tender, sweet pears swimming in a dark, decadent, slightly bitter, rich glossy, chocolate-coffee sauce with a boozy hit. The strawberries finish this nicely and pair so well with the dark chocolate cocoa flavours and the coconut adds a little texture and sweet crunch.
