Pasta salad used to creep me out.  Wouldn’t noodles always, always be better when piping hot?  And mayonnaise as a sauce?  Nuh uh.  Everything else at the picnic table looked and tasted so much more delicious. THEN, this salad entered my life.  Our vegetarian neighbor brought a similar pasta salad to a pool party potluck
