Vegan Curried Peanut Butter Fudge Ice Cream
This makes about a quart of ice cream. Scale up as needed. While it looks like there is an egregious amount of salt in the base, it really needs it. I started with just one teaspoon, tasted and upped it to 1½. Still no dice. Yes, you can use a bit less than I used, but it won't taste as good. The salt really brings out the peanut flavor and ties the whole base together.
