Who doesn't love creamy, cheesy, rich alfredo sauce?  Too bad the original recipe is a stick of butter, 1 cup of heavy cream and 1 1/2 cups of cheese.  This recipe is creamy and flavorful but with 1 Tbsp of butter for 2 cups of sauce (serving 6-8) you can enjoy and still feel good.
