So my blog turned two and I turned 42 over a week ago now. My birthday and my blog's birthday happen to share the date with National Pancake Day (9/26). So I had grand plans to share on that date with you a recipe for apple pie pancakes with bacon maple syrup. Sounds fabulous, right?
