As many of you know (or perhaps not!), we celebrated Thanksgiving this weekend. Good ole Canadian Thanksgiving with turkey, and pies, and more food. We even went as far as celebrating with two dinners (but I only hosted one myself.) Being a vegetarian around the holidays, especially when no one else follows the same diet
