I love this tomato salad and the only time I make it is when I have fresh tomatoes.  It doesn't matter what kind of tomatoes - Roma, Beefy, Cherries, etc.  Sometimes the simplest recipes are the best.  So, whenever I have the opportunity to make this to accompany anything else I have planned for dinner,
