My family has used Adobo seasoning for as long as I can remember. They use it on beef, lamb, pork, chicken, and as an added spice to many of the Peruvian style dishes. My dad - the English, Irish, Scottish, Frenchman - uses it on many of his dishes. It's just second nature in my family. But,
