Espresso Truffles made from richly flavored espresso ganache covered in dark chocolate and crushed espresso flakes make for an indulgent dessert! Every once in a while I surprise myself with the things I come up with.  These espresso truffles are one of those surprises.  See, I wasn't planning on making these for you.  They were
