Fall is in full swing here in Bavaria.  The sun is shining, but it's crisp and cold outside!  Perfect crock pot Ham Hock & 15 Bean Soup weather! I've had the ingredients for this soup in my kitchen for a week.  But, life happened and I didn't have the time to put it all together in
