Today we decided to make our Red Velvet Pancakes recipe  for our early Anniversary Breakfast. Our anniversary is on Valentine's Day and since it's such a busy day, we try to pack as much in as we can in case it ends up during the week. That way I am sure to get lots of attention. Hee
