I love these Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Bars. Now I will preface this by saying I don't love Pumpkin Pie, so I have found it's the Pumpkin Pie spice that is the whole reason why. Consequently, I just leave that spice out when making stuff that asks for it. I never realized how adding pumpkin makes cake so moist.
