Who remembers eating Campbell's "Chicken and Stars" soup as a kid? It was my absolute favorite! Well, who knew that adding orzo to soup could remind you of those little noodle stars? This soup is full of fresh spinach, carrots, celery, onion, tomatoes and lots of orzo, making it comforting yet healthy, too! I've said
