The weather is cool and the cocktails are best served HOT!  One of my favorite drinks at Starbucks this season - no, not the pumpkin spice latte (gross!) - is the caramel apple spice.  I was inspired and came up with a salted caramel apple "toddy" made with caramel flavored vodka.
