This old-fashioned cake always takes me back to when my grandma would come to visit and she would make this for me and my sisters because she knew this was one of our favorites! Now this we've change this cake to make it gluten free and it's traditionally made in a cast-iron skillet, but if you don't have one you can substitute a 10 inch cake pan.
