How To: Tempura Veggies
These veggies are so amazingly delicious. And, really the possibilities are endless. I just tempura-ed (??) some zucchini and onions but you could go tempura-crazy! Broccoli (I've done that and day-um!), eggplant, asparagus, mushrooms, shrimps even!
