A pretty little festive dessert. These are rich, creamy and sweet - but not too sweet. You can pre-bake the shells up to 2 days ahead and store in the fridge covered in a plastic container. You can make the filling 4 days ahead of time and refrigerate it. I tend to store it right in the ziptop bag so I can pull it out and immediately start filling up the cups. For a really quick dessert, buy pomegranate arils already out of the skin found in the refrigerated section of the grocery store.
