I saw this recipe for Chocolate Chip Avocado Muffins in my Clean Eating Magazine about a year ago, and finally made them.   I love having easy healthy snacks for me and the kids. {Who knew avocado in muffins would be so tasty?} This is definately another muffin recipe I'm going to keep making along with the Millet Muffins
