Fourth recipe of 2015, and this is already the second soup of the year! Which is definitely surprising, considering I've posted a total of like, 4 soups in 4 years of blogging. What can I say? I'm just not a huge soup person. I am, however, a HUGE Tex-Mex person, so that, along with the
