Veda Bowl | Brown Rice Kitchari with Masala Sweet Potatoes, Tamarind-Sesame Greens + Coconut Chutney
This bowl is an exquisitely delicious, healing experience in its entirety, but it can also be streamlined. You can simplify the kale by steaming it and dressing it in a little olive oil and sea salt. I sometimes just make the kitchari and chutney, leaving out the vegetables for a simple lunch or dinner - any combination of these components works beautifully.
