I probably shouldn't admit this, but I've never been a big fan of either six-layer dips or seven-layer dips.  Most call for convenience products such as canned refried beans, packaged taco seasoning and prepared guacamole.  As is already known, convenience products can be loaded with salt and additives.  My lighter and fresher seven-layer dip has lots
