Store-bought chorizo is full of preservatives and creepy things like, "pork salivary glands and lymph nodes." Say what?!?! The good news is that homemade chorizo is suuuuper easy to make and just as tasty. Eat it on my plantain tortillas with some poached eggs, fresh pico de gallo, and cilantro. You'll think you're in heaven!
