// Last night was one of those nights where I didn't really plan dinner (I rarely do, can you relate?!), so I took a look at what we had on hand, pieced together a meal from it, and came up with Hemp-Breaded Baked Zucchini with Ginger Strawberry Dipping Sauce! Must say, I am pretty darned
