Smoothies and lentils are not two words you would normally find together. I'd never heard of a smoothie being made with lentils before so when a Canadian Lentils Contest came round for Canadian Food Bloggers, I decided to make smoothie made with lentils and enter the contest. I didn't win the contest but I won
