This time of year you can find all sorts of recipes and desserts with Pumpkin.   I've even seen it in dog treats.  I love the idea of combining Pumpkin Pie with gingerbread.  I thought I had tried pumpkin in every way until I tried this.  I could eat Pumpkin Pie in anything.  Every holiday
