Pulled pork is a slow cooker standby that never fails to satisfy.  Here it's given a little extra kick to make a family favorite even more exciting!   That first week of my new 10-hour day shifts kind of kicked my butt.  By Thursday, I was beginning to think I should keep a cot there.
