Before the holidays got into full swing, I was offered an opportunity to review a very special cookbook by a mother and daughter team from Colorado, Sally Clayton and Lee Clayton Roper. Time got away from me but I still wanted to share this lovely book. Sadly, Sally passed away just as the cookbook was
