This is one of the most common beef stir-fry dishes that people order at Chinese take-out. It is very easy to prepare at home with ingredient you might already have in your pantry. The beef is thinly sliced and marinated with soy sauce,  a little brown sugar, and corn starch for 15 minutes. Meanwhile cut up the broccoli and onion. Prepare the sauce in a separate bowl with soy sauce, oyster sauce, chicken stock, garlic, ginger, sugar, and corn starch. Stir-fry all together and your dinner is ready to serve.
