Before making ham and beans, I really didn't realize how easy it truly was.  I wasn't going to share the recipe, but I thought maybe I wasn't the only one who didn't realize how easy it was!  So, I am going to share my recipe... it tasted just like mom's.  Serve it with hot cornbread
