Apple Pie and I have a very long history together. I'd probably say it's one of my most favorite pies. Freshly baked apples with a light and fluffy sweet crust, piping hot from the oven, sprinkled with cinnamon and topped with a scoop of ice cream? Oh my my. You  can just imagine my dismay
