I made this a few nights ago when we were having a family gathering. This is a great dish! Not only was it delicious, but it was so great to put this side dish in the crock pot and let it cook itself while I made the rest of the meal. I used fresh tortellini but you can use any pasta you prefer. This dish is rich. A little bit goes a long ways!
