Salmon tonight!  Fresh salmon.  Only problem is I don't really feel like cooking.  Can I say that on a cooking blog?  Come on, we all have those days when something is a great idea at noon, but eh, not so much at 6.  Nice fillets though... Beautiful, right?  So I need an easy (lazy) way
