As much as I want to scream to the world that I MADE HEALTHY ICE CREAM. I just can't. Because really this isn't ice cream, BUT it tastes exactly like it, minus all the sugar of course. So to me; this is ice cream. :) Now I'm just waiting for a nice warm sunny day
