That's a big title! This dish should be called pantry pasta. It's much shorter and just as accurate.  See, I was going to make Panko Crusted Cod with Mango Slaw for dinner tonight, but I forgot the fish. A rookie move, I know. So I had to raid the pantry. Doesn't look like much -
