1 tablespoon flat-leaf parsley, chopped 8 slices thick-cut bacon 8 oz angel hair pasta 1 pound fresh shrimp, peeled, deveined, tails removed 2 tablespoons blackening seasoning 1 cup petite diced tomatoes, drained 3/4 cup low sodium chicken broth 2-3 cloves minced garlic 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper 1/2 cup scampi sauce 1 tablespoon fresh lemon
