It was a Monday afternoon at 3:30 and I had no idea what I was going to make for dinner. I had chicken tenderloins in my fridge and some parmegiano reggiano. But I wanted a bit of flavor.  So, I decided to throw some curry in the mix. The result was fantastic! These Parmesan Curry Chicken Fingers
