Lavender Lemon Curd Marbled Cheesecake
Lavender and lemon curd come together in a melt-in-your mouth Greek yogurt-based cheesecake. The lemon curd is swirled throughout in two layers, so you get the tangy zest of freshness in every bite. This easy lemon curd recipe is so worth making vs. the store bought kind--don't skip that step. It literally makes the cake. To make ground lavender, place dried lavender buds in a (clean) coffee grinding, pulsing for about 20-30 seconds until it's processed into a fine powder. Sometimes dried lavender can be a pain to hunt down in stores, so I just make it easy and use Amazon as my go-to. You can purchase dried lavender here. You will also need an 8" or 9" springform pan.
