I love poke cakes because they are so moist!  This Chocolate Poke cake is definitely moist  with the caramel and sweetened condensed milk seeping throughout the cake.  It is absolutely heavenly!!  This cake is one of our family favorites! I can't even look at this picture right now without salivating for a piece of this
